The camera option is missing
The document scanner is offered only when the device has a usable camera. On a simulator or camera-less iPad, tap Add from Photos to import a card image.
OCR missed a field
Open the card in the review screen and edit the field. Use View text as read to see the exact text returned by OCR. A clearer, well-lit, flat photo usually improves recognition.
How do I export cards?
Open a batch with cards, tap Export, then choose Contacts, CSV, or vCard. Only cards you approve are written or shared. The app does not upload the batch to a server.
How do I remove a batch?
Use the archive action in the batch list. Card Capture's archive behavior is reversible and does not silently delete the underlying data.

Include the app version, iOS version, device model, and a description of the problem. Do not include card photos or contact data unless you have intentionally redacted them.
